Flocks of Emo boppers and what seemed like (and probably was) the entire Twilight fanbase filled the Brighton Centre to capacity on what was Paramore’s penultimate UK tour date. With more solid hair-sprayed Lego fringes and black imitation-demin jeggings than you could shake a stick at, the crowd could barely contain their tween-angst branded excitement, and probably twittered frantically about it for about ten whole minutes after.

Being the slave to advertising that I am, I chose to watch ‘True Blood’ without actually seeing any part of the programme or even a clip. The generic country rock music and a quote from the Guardian was quite enough for me to give it a chance. Oh and the added promise of Vampires and Humans living together in harmony.
